Our program includes a variety of functional exercises that you can do at your desk, including chair squats, desk push-ups, desk dips, shoulder blade squeezes, leg raises, and desk planks. These exercises will help improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, all while fitting seamlessly into your busy workday.

For those who want additional coaching, our trainer is available for personalized coaching sessions at an additional cost. You'll have access to one-on-one coaching to help keep you on track, answer any questions you have, and provide you with the motivation and support you need to succeed.
