Stair Climber


This video gives you a full body workout that can be done on the stairs in your home and shows how stairs can be used for progressions and regressions of certain exercises. I also discuss how frequently you should be scheduling workouts. 

Do these exercises in this workout to earn this bingo square:

  • 10 Deficit Calf raise each leg 

  • 10 Incline pushup 

  • 10 Single leg squat each leg 

  • 10 Lateral Step up each leg (or do step up to lateral lunge at 5 each leg)

  • 5 Slow tempo Spiderman plank each side, 

  • 20 Mountain Climbers
