Do these exercises in this workout to earn this bingo square:

  • 12 Static lunges each leg

  • 12 Lateral Lunges each leg

  • Pulse squat 30 seconds

  • 12 Squat Jack 

  • 12 90 degree squat jumps  

  • 12 Deadlifts

  • 12 Hip thruster
