Speed/Power
In this video, I discuss how to modify this plan for other cardio activities. I also discuss what makes a speed interval different from an endurance or hill interval and why it is important to include in our program (even if you are endurance focused).
If you have an injury, do your speed intervals on a low impact machine such as a bike or rower.
If you use a heart rate watch, this video discusses how to understand the zones on your heart rate monitor whether coloured or numbered.
