ESP Workout
In this Endurance, Strength and Power workout we mix all of the different types of intervals into one workout. This workout with quick interval changes will help the time just fly by!
Interval demo is done on a treadmill. Athletes using other machines can add resistance (gears) for each incline interval. Athletes free-running or walking should aim for a route that uses a mix of hills and follow the speed pushes.
We also talk about EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) and its role in boosting metabolism.
