Cumulative Distance


Like with the cardio distance video, this video will walk you through how to use the log sheet to record your cardio mileage for up to 3 different activities, and give you the relevant walking cardio distance and estimate your current capacity.

Successful training plans increase slowly. Use this log sheet to understand what your current weekly average mileage is  and increase no more than 5% per week. Take good notes to recognize patterns before they become an injury.
