Burpee


If you haven’t yet watched the Broken Burpee workout video, I recommend you start there to ensure you have a good understanding of burpee form and options for injury.

In this benchmark, we will be measuring on our power and agility. Use a countdown timer set for 60 seconds, and complete as many burpees as you can before the ringer goes off.  Like with the other benchmark exercises, we will want to repeat this test every 1-6 months, aiming for the total count to increase.
