In this video, we talk a little bit about how to measure for those with weight loss goals, and the weaknesses of measuring only with weight or BMI. I will show you how to take girth measurements (no it’s not what you think!) and discuss how frequently we should be measuring or weighing ourselves if we have weight loss goals.
