Stretch


If you only have 15 minutes to dedicate to your well being, do 15 minutes of stretching! This video will discuss why it’s important to stretch and go through a sequence of full body stretches with a special focus on hips and lower back.  

-Child’s pose, walk left and walk right

- Table revolve and thread the needle left and right

-Sphinx or upward dog

-Downward dog and cross over ankles

-Hip opener sequence (Each side)

- Low lunge with overhead reach

- Runners lunge

- Lizard Pose

- Pigeon Pose

- Downward dog/walk the dog

- Reclined cobbler with chest opener
