No Stirrups


In this video, I explain why to do No Stirrup work and why not to do it.  I will show you three exercises that can all be done at the walk or higher based on your comfort level.

Use these exercises to develop your feel and flow with your horse and relax into the movement:  

  • Stretch forward, back, up and sideways

  • Toes up, toes down and ankle circles

  • Release inside rein on a circle
