This video shows upper body exercises for riding performance. I also talk about misconceptions about building muscle and looking bulky when doing upper body exercises and how strength training will affect weight loss.  

Do these exercises in this workout to earn this bingo square:

  • 10 Palm to elbow

  • 10 tricep dips 

  • 10 plank shoulder taps each side

  • 10 plank rotations each side 

  • 5 forward/Y/lateral raises each light weight
