Sarah Cuthbertson

Ultra endurance competitor, RUS rider, and fitness trainer for competitive equestrians worldwide.

Sarah has ridden in many of the world’s toughest and longest horse races and trained other riders for the same. Her one-of-a-kind programs are focused on riders who dream big and are committed to achieving the impossible.

Her fitness training will focus on the rider’s individual goals, strengths and weaknesses and build a program and skills that the rider will be able to use forever. There is no limitation to experience or riding-discipline required to take advantage of her coaching. All riders will benefit from her approach to breaking down their goals into an executable training program.

Sarah is a curious perpetual learner and is constantly seeking out new skills and adventure. She draws from a wide range of experiences and sports to help riders of all levels set goals, make progress, and surprise themselves with the seemingly impossible.

Her goal is to make equestrian sports more accessible to everyone and improve the learning curve by teaching exercises that will improve rider’s bodies and minds when more saddle time is not possible or they are not creating progress. Also a “desk jockey”, Sarah understands the needs of the modern rider and creates efficient and relevant workouts for all levels.

Sarah’s best tip for riders beginning an exercise program “if you can only find 15 minutes a day to work on your own fitness, spend it stretching”

She strongly believes that the rider deserves to be treated as well as the horse and is committed to helping her riders believe they deserve this too!
