Share a Win


This video discusses the connection between community and commitment and that the group is there to create accountability.

30 Days is a very short cycle so we should be celebrating our small wins.  Each small win that we celebrate helps build our confidence in our ability to reach the bigger goals and keeps us motivated.

What are some small wins we could share? Added 0.1 to my base treadmill pace, lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks, chose an orange instead of a chocolate bar, got my saddle fit, visited a health care professional for some personal care (massage/PT), stretched 5 days in a row. Anything!
