Her one-of-a-kind programs are focused on riders who dream big and are committed to achieving the impossible. Her fitness training will focus on the rider’s individual goals, strengths and weaknesses and build a program and skills that the rider will be able to use forever.

Karen Briggs

Karen is an Equestrian Canada certified coach who competes in eventing and dressage, dabbles in endurance, and has sat on enough poorly-educated horses to appreciate what a pleasure it is to sit on a well-educated one! With nearly 50 years of experience in one saddle or another, she has developed a cross-disciplinary perspective on training that can help you forge a stronger, more balanced, and more empathetic partnership with your horse, whatever your competition goals may (or may not) be. She has also taught equine nutrition at the college level and is the author of Understanding Equine Nutrition (Eclipse Press) which has been used as a textbook in college programs across North America.

Molly Pearson

Molly has tackled everything from team gymnastics on horseback and the Mongol Derby to recovering from concussions and a nearly shattered pelvis. She understands how to meet riders where they are in their journey to feeling like a fit, supple teammate to their horse. She's a sassy comedian who cheers you on as she doles out the perfect dose of strategically designed movement that leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready for that post-class ice cream.
