Sarah is an ultra-endurance rider and trainer and licenced RUS Rider. She has ridden in many of the world’s toughest and longest horse races and trained other riders for the same. Her one-of-a-kind programs are focused on riders who dream big and are committed to achieving the impossible.
Her fitness training will focus on the rider’s individual goals, strengths and weaknesses and build a program and skills that the rider will be able to use forever. There is no limitation to experience or riding-discipline required to take advantage of her coaching. All riders will benefit from her approach to breaking down their goals into an executable training program.
